By accessing or using the AlignData platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable data protection regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must terminate platform usage immediately.

2. Data License and Permitted Use

AlignData grants subscribers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access B2B databases for direct marketing, recruiting, and sales outreach. You agree not to resell, lease, or sub-license our datasets to any third party without explicit written authorization.

3. Compliance & Restrictions

You are strictly required to comply with all regional guidelines, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, EU-GDPR, and CASL when using our data. The use of AlignData's contacts to distribute spam, coordinate illegal campaigns, or engage in deceptive outreach is strictly prohibited.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

While AlignData guarantees a 95% accuracy benchmark at the time of delivery, our databases are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not guarantee that our data points will match real-time employee changes instantly due to natural market attrition.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AlignData LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage, server downtime, database mismatch, or campaign performance metrics.
